He started by watching. Rural Bangladesh, fields, people working with their hands. No computer at home, CyberStation visits when he could. That curiosity never left.
Beginnings
Curiosity before computers
He grew up observing, how rural Bangladesh worked, how people solved problems with what they had. He loved physics and mathematics but had no computer at home. When he finally got access to one at a CyberStation, something clicked. He was not chasing technology. He was looking for a better tool for the problems he already cared about.
University
Where he found his ground
Studied Computer Science at American International University-Bangladesh and graduated with the highest CGPA in his cohort. He thrived in the environment. Problem-solving, competitions, applied thinking. He won the ICE Unioncamere scholarship and moved to Italy to complete an M.Sc. in Computer Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, finishing a two-year programme in eighteen months.
Italy
Enterprise delivery in Europe
Stayed in Italy after graduating. At Rockwell Automation, he worked on manufacturing execution systems for the life sciences sector. At OT Consulting, he built a document management portal for Credem Bank. Those years taught him what strong delivery actually means. The client business either changed or it did not.

Technical leadership and scale
Returned to Bangladesh and joined Brain Station 23. Started as SharePoint Architect and Technical Project Manager, then grew into the Director and Group COO role. Scaled the company from under 200 to 950+ professionals serving clients across 36+ countries.
Microsoft
Technical Lead, four markets
Worked at Microsoft as Technical Lead covering Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and Laos. Responsible for driving enterprise adoption across the region. Received Microsoft Best Solution Specialist award.
INSEAD
Business strategy and financial acumen
Completed the Microsoft-INSEAD Online Business Strategy and Financial Acumen programme, graduating with Distinction. It gave him a sharper framework for thinking about market strategy, capital allocation, and what it actually means to lead.

Co-founded Brain Station 23 MENA and moved to Dubai personally to build the market from the inside. Active clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Gulf. Focus: banking, fintech, government technology, and telecoms.
